Creamy smoked chicken pasta


1 packet of penne pasta

1 packet of smoked free range chicken breasts

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

Homemade Sundied sauce


White flour

Coconut milk



Boil water in a sauce pan, add salt and oil, add your pasta

Cut green, red peppers into thin slices

Puree in a blender sundried tomatoes, garlic, salt and honey set that aside for later use.

Fry green and red peppers with garlic, add smoked chicken, with the sun dried puree.

Add milk into the mixture, with flour to thicken it.

Add a touch of salt, plate it and Garnish with micro herbs.

This is a scrumptious healthy lunch.
