Overnight blueberry oats

Breakfast is the most important  meal to start a day. Healthy nutritious breakfast which is quick and easy to make for hectic mommies can be rewarding for our loved ones.

Refined  cereals are loaded up with sugar, sugar, sugar, that can be unhealthy for our kids.  Giving your kids a great start for the day is the best.

Overnight oats are natural, sugar free and preservatives free. No need for cooking just soak them overnight and you are ready to go in the morning.


500g raw oats

Coconut milk

Frozen strawberries


Blend them together and soak them overnight. You can add your favorite fruits.

Serve with plain yogurt and top it with fresh seasonal fruits of your choice.
