Smoked salmon canapés

Hosting an event can be nerve-wracking. It is time consuming and difficult especially as a host. Quick and easy healthy starters are a way to go. Smoked salmon canapés are the best easy and quick to prepare for your guests.


5 slices of smoked salmon

For the canapés

1 cup of white flour, stoned ground milled.

1 cup of milk

1tbs salt

1 egg

Mix the ingredients with a whisk until it is set. Heat oil in a pan and scoop the batter with a spoon and fry them for 1 min on each side.

For the cream :

Greek plain yogurt

Lemon juice

Olive oil

For serving

Put the canapés and add cream on top and put the salmon and top it with dill, Corriander..

Serve them cold..
