Green bean haloumi salad


Green beans

Broccoli florets

Red kidney beans

Haloumi cheese

Pearled cous cous


Stir fry green beans and broccoli florets in a non stick pan. Cooks Pearled cous cous until soft.

Fry haloumi cheese until golden brown.

Salad dressing :

Extra virgin olive oil

Balsamic vinegar

Lemon juice


Toss together with the salad and serve chilled.
